The Swiss Leadership Camp and Academy, or SILC Academy, is a premier Student Leadership organisation with more than 12 years of experience in the education industry and are proud member of a variety of international school organisations and councils such as the BSME, AAIE, EARCOS, ECIS and NESA.

We work with students from the world’s most prestigious schools to unlock their potential with our school workshops, school camps and field trips throughout the academic year, summer and winter camps in Switzerland and France, and student leadership conferences throughout the world. Our programmes are specially designed using our SILC curricular framework to combine amazing activities and fun games alongside workshops and evaluations, and has proven to be a powerful tool for developing student learning and leadership skills.

Our one- or two-day leadership conferences bring local and international students together for a fun programme with interactive workshops and team challenges at exclusive locations in major cities around the world. We offer our bite-sized, online leadership masterclasses as an easy yet powerful way to nourish students’ personal development from the comfort and safety of their homes. SUMMER AND WINTER LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCES

SILC Summer Camps

A leadership experience like no other in the beautiful surroundings of the Gstaad Valley where children learn while doing adventurous field trips , amazing outdoor activities, meeting new friends from all over the world and getting out of their comfort zone in order to get to know themselves better. Students learn about varied topics ranging from collaboration to communication and teamwork.

SILC Winter Camps

This unique winter programme combines exciting winter activities with the development of practical leadership skills in the heart of the Swiss mountains. The premium camp is based at their beautiful campus overlooking the Gstaad Valley and includes many amazing winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice climbing, snowshoeing, tobogganing and an overnight in the mountain cabin during the glacier expedition while students develop valuable leadership skills by doing!

SILC Creative & Entrepreneurial Summer Camp

A one-of-a-kind creative journey set in the scenic environment of South of France which offers a highly personalised programme to students with or without any creative background. The camp follows a unique educational concept integrating creative and entrepreneurial elements. As such, students explore the journey from generating an idea, putting it into action, understanding how it can contribute to their environment and sharing it with others in powerful, authentic and convincing ways.

SILC Sea & Island Adventure Camp

A wonderful journey across the breathtaking island of Corsica on 45-foot modern catamarans where students wake up at a different location each day with exciting activities and learn about leadership in a unique setting. This special experience welcomes students from all over the world to a sailing experience around Corsica while building friendships for life.
